Lenkiza Angulo

Architect with master's studies in urban and regional development planning, post-graduate studies in disaster prevention technologies, and diplomas in human rights and climate change, and in management of popular habitat; With extensive experience and knowledge in adaptation to climate change and disaster risk management, working in international cooperation projects and in government agencies. She is the Regional Coordinator of the Andes Resilient to Climate Change Project, facilitated by the Helvetas-Avina consortium and financed by Swiss cooperation.
