Huguette Lucile Constance Pedetin VIDEHOUENOU Spouse SINZOGAN
Banks and Financial Institutions who worked 18 Years in the Benin Administration at
Ministry of Finance and Economy more specifically in the Directorate of Monetary Affairs and
Financials (DAMF) from April 1986 to August 2001. She participated in the Investigations, Elaboration Work
and Balance of Payments Execution, from Data Collection to Credits to the Economy
with the Institute for Statistics and Economic Analysis and the Research Service of the Directorate
National Bank of West African States in Cotonou.
In this same Directorate, she participated in the Study of Dossiers relating to the
Headquarters Agreements for the Monitoring of Monetary and Financial Operations for Organizations
International accredited in Benin. She is also in charge of the Study of Authorisation Files
Foreign Exchange for the Payment of Import Transactions, Payment of School Fees
Outside and any other Payment requiring Currency.
From September 2001 to the end of August 2003 , She took over the duties of Chief Administrative Service
and Finance in the Planning Department at the Ministry of Environment, Habitat and
Urban Planning and participated in the management of Human Resources, Administrative and Financial,
Preparation and Implementation of the Programme Budget and Project Manager
Ministry.
She was assigned to the Order of Benin in Zimbabwe from September 2003 to the end of 2003
August 2014 to Continue as Spouse and Mother to Keep and Consolidate the
Family Channel.
From September 2014 to June 30, 2016, she returned to the General Directorate of the Treasury and
Public Accounting (DGTCP) to Serve at the Vocational Training Centre. It has
Actively participated in the Training of Executives of all orders and coming from all Departments
benin.
Admitted to the Retreat on July 1, 2016, She was able to Realize her Dream of Passionate Works
Social as well as the creation of the Huguette and Claude Fondation H&C Foundation on January 31, 2021.
Victim of Parent having suffered from the phenomenon of Deviance in School, She Decided to
Flying to the rescue of Children who Fall Under Narcotics and whose parents do not have
the means to support the Care and Get them out of this Scourge for their Social Reintegration.
