I am Agronomist and Bioinformatician. I currently work on two different research programs: (i) transcriptomic and metagenomic Next-Gen Sequencing data analysis in the fields of venomics and soil microbiology and (ii) development of mobile and web applications for climate change mitigation towards small stakeholders.
